You've been sleeping restless-ly wondering what do I get Raechel for her b-day. Its quite a challenge but I have solved it kids!

Yogurtland

I am a pretty routine type of girl. I wake up on Saturday morning, have a yummy breakfast, take a shower, go to ballet, grab some lunch and go home. This Saturday was a Saturday that will forever change and mold the rest of my Saturdays from now on. You see I did do my normal Saturday routine up until after lunch. I had Chipotle Veggie Fajitas Bowl and I was in the mood for a little sweetness. So I suggested PinkBerry which is just a few doors down. Well my dear little Stace suggested we try Yogurtland. I was a bit nervous when she said it is a frozen yogurt self serve bar. I had images in mind of me stuck at the fro yo machine eating it straight from the spigot. Luckily, there was no such activity but I did get to concoct my perfect little dessert. I ended up with Peach, Blueberry and Peanut Butter ( don't worry it was in its own quadrant) and topped it off with some mochi's for the pb, and kiwi, strawberry and blueberry for the fruity yogurt side. There was three of us ( paid for Stace's because she drove) and the bill was $11.something. I consider that a pretty good price considering the only sizes they have are giant or extra giant. I probably filled my 1/ 2 full with fro yo and maybe 1/4 full with toppings. It is $.30 an ounce. So I've included a little youtube link if you want to see what the place looks like.

It deffinetly might be on my Saturday to do list from now on. Its super good and I am non commital when it comes to fro yo flavors. I always want 2 or 3 or 4. So its perfect for a person like me. I also tried pistachio, cookies n cream, taro ( coconut), and chocolate. They were all exceptionally tasty!

I'm not going to lie

there is one thing that is truly amazing about being layed off...and the name of this guilty pleasure is:

Wearing leggings, leg warmers and ballet shoes-itis




It's a pretty rare and probably incurable disease but I've manage to catch it! oh well!

Crafty Cupid Swap

Hi There Kids-

So, I'm super lazy and have not posted what I received from the craft swap. So here it is!

My swap mate gave me this lovely white and blue feather hair clip. Now i'm suspecting Cupid gave her some hints because i have been itching for one of these and i just absolutely love it! the colors are soo perfect! its like my swap mate was reading my mind. This Saturday is our anniversary. I might just have to wear this in my hair!!! Love it! Then the other gift i got was a precious little red crystal heart on a cream colored silk cord. Love this as well! Its so delicate and feminine!!



I also got some very naughty Reese's PB hearts and some conversation hearts in the box. Yum!

I'm going to just sneak in here and write a little hello and then sneak back out! I know! I've been a bad bad bad little blogger. So I guess I have some explaining to do!

It all started a couple of weeks ago. I was laid off due to the economy bs. I have been a little unmotivated to blog. I'm not sure why either. I have been reading blogs like its my job but I guess the days fly by and I haven't blog and I think "Oh I will do it tomorrow and tommorow never comes!"

So here I am officially back to daily blogging. I've been keeping busy even though I'm not bringing home any money. I am still working on some items to put up on Etsy. I really want to do another t-shirt print. I am still selling a couple of 'stache t-shirts every month on etsy. Its nice to get a couple of dollars off those shirts but I still am interested in doing another print.

I had an excellent V-day kids! I guess Jack roped some friends into keeping my occupied for a few hours and he made me dinner ( scallops over a grapefruit reduction, brie and cranberries on crackers and mushroom risotto with a bottle of Pinot Blanc). When I came home he had strung white lights across the living room and there were candles everywhere and 4 dozen red and white roses in the living room. He drew me this insanely cute card that had 50 reasons why he loved me. The most shocking part of the night was that he acctually bought me a tiffany's necklace. It is gorgeous little sterling silver square with the T& Co logo on it. See the pic below!



I also was able to spend a few hours with my good friend Nikki over at http://nikatnoon.wordpress.com/ . She just recently relocated to Nor Cal and so she was here visiting her cuddlebug for V-day. We also got together and celebrated my good friend Erica's 24th birthday. Happy Birthday NG!

Well Kids I'm starving and need to make some breakfast :)
