Is it Friday already?

Wowza the time flew by this week and year!


I can't believe its already the 2nd day of April. I remember saying something similar about March. It felt like I said that 3 days ago and now its poof April! On one hand I'm super excited. My birthday is on the 19th and so it is something to look forward to but once my birthday is done and over the month will fly by and summer will really be here!

To be honest, coming up with something creative to blog about when you're really tired and haven't had time to really peruse other awesome blogs for inspiration can leave you a bit dry. Bower Birds

Through my daily blog porn readings I stumbled upon this band "Bower Birds" and they are fantastic. I'm always looking for some more music and these folks have definitely hit a chord with me. Now my only dilemma is do I buy a record of them or buy the iTunes. Right now, the iTunes has won out because I have $35.00 in iTunes gift cards and $0 in fun spending money. Besides at $7.99 for a 13 song albumn vs. going to hollywood and pawing through shelves of records trying to find them or gasp ordering them online and paying shipping iTunes is just wayyyyy easier; today.


Besides how cute are they? She plays an accordion. Adorable.

How Effing Adorable is this?

My other half and I are both obssesed with finding random art blogs. Jack found this amazing blog called Rose-A-Petits-Pois and this girl does concept art for disney in europe! I of course love ballet and love cute little drawings so I immediately fell in love with this little set of a little ballerina who's shoes have come undone!



So adorable!

Anthropologie Love

So I'm a HUGE fan of anthro. I'm not even sure if words can describe the euphoria i get when i walk into their store. I can always find something I want/need there. On one of my other daily blogs I read I found the blog of their creative display manager. OMG. I recently just saw the wisteria tree display at the El Segundo Anthro and I wanted to rip it off the wall and take it to my house. I absolutly love love love love it! its so dreamy and delicate and springy. Anways, check out her blog here. What a dream job to be the display coordinator for anthro.

So I thought that last night I was set! I blogged a new one for today and then this morning in doing my daily reading of my blogs badness happened! I found a new porn blog! So one of my daily blogporn reads is The Wednesday Chef
I started reading her blog a few months ago and have been making various items off of it. First let me preface this by saying Jack and I have been trying to cook more at home for various reasons: 1) we are both vegetarian now and its harder to find healthier meals at a restaurant and 2) its a good way to save lots of cash.

So anyways back to the The Wednesday Chef. I made this kick ass Roasted Broccoli with Shrimp served over a bed of brown rice. Yumm yumm!
